After passing Waitrose on your right, turn right at the roundabout. - Continue to set of traffic lights next to a pub called the British Oak and turn right. - The road winds and climbs, crossing a cattle grid and Rodborough Common. Keep on this road, crossing Minchinhampton Common, which includes a golf course. - After crossing a second cattle grid, the Ragged Cot is on the right hand side of the road, situated on a T-junction. Turn right at the T-junction for the car park. From London or the South: - Exit the M4 at junction 15 and take the A419 for Cirencester. - When approaching Cirencester, follow signs for Stroud (still the A419). - After about 7 miles, turn left (signposted Minchinhampton). There is a large airfield on the left and MOD Aston Down. - The Ragged Cot is a mile further on, situated on a T-junction. Turn left for the car park. Nearest Motorway or Main Road: A419 km
